Warranty

Tucoiva stands behind the quality of its products. This Limited Warranty explains the warranty periods, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures applicable to products purchased directly from Tucoiva or an authorized Tucoiva seller.

Warranty coverage begins on the confirmed delivery date and applies to the original purchaser. Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

1. Warranty Periods

Warranty periods vary according to the function, expected service life, and normal wear characteristics of each product component.

12-Month Limited Warranty

The following structural, heating, cooking, control, and factory-installed electrical components are covered for 12 months from the confirmed delivery date:

  • Main frame and structural supports

  • Cabinet structure and internal partitions

  • Doors, drawer bodies, and fixed shelves

  • Countertop support structure

  • Warming zone

  • Hand-warming zone

  • Central cooking zone

  • Heating elements

  • Temperature sensors

  • Control panel and switches

  • Five-level power control system

  • Factory-installed internal wiring

  • Built-in power outlets

  • Built-in USB ports

  • Factory-installed electrical modules and connectors

The 12-month warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the covered component from operating as intended during normal residential use.

6-Month Limited Warranty

The following frequently operated hardware, removable components, and accessories are covered for 6 months from the confirmed delivery date:

  • Cabinet hinges

  • Drawer slides and runners

  • Handles and pulls

  • Door catches and closing mechanisms

  • Adjustable feet and leveling hardware

  • Removable power cords

  • Removable covers and decorative trim

  • Small accessories supplied with the product

  • Other frequently operated mechanical hardware

The 6-month warranty covers verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by excessive force, impact, overloading, improper assembly, improper adjustment, or lack of normal maintenance.

Delivery Damage and Visible Issues

Shipping damage, missing parts, incorrect items, scratches, dents, cracks, chips, or other visible cosmetic issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Customers should inspect the product and packaging before assembly, installation, modification, or use. Claims involving visible damage may be limited or declined if the product has already been assembled, installed, modified, or used before the issue was reported.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal residential use.

A covered defect must be caused by the manufacturing process, materials, or factory assembly. It must not result from customer use, improper installation, external conditions, accidents, or normal wear.

Depending on the nature of the issue, Tucoiva may provide:

  • Remote troubleshooting and technical support

  • Assembly or adjustment guidance

  • Repair instructions

  • Replacement hardware

  • Replacement components

  • An authorized repair

  • Another appropriate remedy

Because Tucoiva products may be large and heavy, troubleshooting, replacement parts, adjustment, and component-level repairs will normally be considered before replacement of the complete product.

A complete product replacement is not automatically provided for a component-level issue that can reasonably be corrected through troubleshooting, adjustment, repair, or replacement parts.

Tucoiva will determine the appropriate solution after reviewing the defect, affected component, product condition, repair feasibility, replacement-part availability, and applicable consumer protection requirements.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or deterioration caused by:

  • Accidents, impact, collision, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Customer-caused damage

  • Improper assembly, installation, adjustment, operation, cleaning, maintenance, or storage

  • Failure to follow the supplied assembly, operating, maintenance, or safety instructions

  • Exceeding the product’s stated weight, temperature, electrical, or usage limits

  • Use of the product for an unintended purpose

  • Electrical overload, power surges, unstable power, incompatible voltage, or improper electrical connections

  • Use of a damaged, loose, unsafe, incompatible, or ungrounded outlet

  • Water intrusion, excessive moisture, flooding, fire, smoke, or severe weather

  • Exposure to direct flame, excessive heat, corrosive substances, or unsuitable cleaning products

  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, alteration, or repair

  • Damage caused by an improperly performed third-party repair

  • Use of incompatible accessories or replacement components

  • Damage caused while moving, disassembling, transporting, storing, or reinstalling the product after delivery

  • Inadequate floor support, uneven flooring, insufficient clearance, or unsuitable installation conditions

  • Commercial, rental, institutional, hospitality, or other non-residential use unless approved by Tucoiva in writing

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Normal wear and tear

Normal wear may include gradual loosening, fading, discoloration, minor scratches, stains, surface aging, or other cosmetic changes resulting from ordinary use.

Routine adjustments and maintenance, including tightening hardware, adjusting hinges, leveling the product, and cleaning surfaces, are the customer’s responsibility and are not considered warranty repairs.

4. Natural Materials and Product Variations

Tucoiva products may include natural wood, wood veneer, sintered stone, engineered stone, metal, glass, and other materials with natural or production-related variations.

Natural wood grain, knots, texture differences, stone patterns, mineral markings, shade differences, and reasonable variations in color or appearance are natural characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, surrounding décor, and normal production variations.

Minor variations that do not affect the product’s structure, safety, or normal operation are not covered as defects.

5. Reporting Delivery Damage or Missing Parts

Delivery damage, missing components, incorrect products, and visible cosmetic issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the complete product

  • Close-up photos of the affected area

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A description of the issue

  • A video, if reasonably required

If hardware or components are missing, Tucoiva may provide replacement parts without requiring the complete product to be returned.

6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty support, contact Tucoiva during the applicable warranty period.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Valid proof of purchase

  • The product model or identifying information

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • The date the issue was first noticed

  • Clear photos of the affected component

  • A video showing the malfunction, when applicable

  • Any additional information reasonably required to diagnose the issue

Submitting a claim does not automatically confirm warranty eligibility. Tucoiva may request additional photos, videos, measurements, electrical information, or troubleshooting results before approving a warranty solution.

Claims submitted within the applicable warranty period will continue to be reviewed even if the evaluation or repair is completed after the warranty period has ended.

7. Troubleshooting and Inspection

Tucoiva may ask the customer to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before replacement parts or repair services are approved.

Troubleshooting may include:

  • Checking the power connection

  • Confirming control settings

  • Resetting the product according to the instructions

  • Inspecting accessible connectors or components

  • Providing photographs, videos, measurements, or error information

  • Completing basic adjustments that do not require specialized technical work

Customers should not open sealed electrical modules or perform unsafe electrical work.

8. Unauthorized Repairs and Services

Customers must not arrange third-party repairs, installation, removal, disassembly, freight transportation, or replacement services at Tucoiva’s expense without receiving written approval in advance.

Tucoiva is not responsible for unauthorized third-party charges.

Damage caused by an unauthorized modification, incompatible component, or improperly performed repair is not covered.

The use of a third-party repair service or compatible component does not automatically cancel warranty coverage for unrelated parts. However, any damage caused by that service or component is excluded.

9. Parts, Labor, and Transportation

For an approved warranty claim, Tucoiva will cover eligible replacement parts and standard shipping costs for those approved parts.

The following costs are not covered unless approved by Tucoiva in writing before the service is performed:

  • Third-party inspection fees

  • Diagnostic fees

  • Labor or repair charges

  • Installation or reinstallation

  • Product disassembly or removal

  • Packaging or repackaging

  • Storage fees

  • Freight or transportation arranged by the customer

  • Crane, lift, elevator, or special-access expenses

  • Damage to floors, walls, doors, surrounding furniture, or other property

  • Loss of use, missed appointments, or other incidental expenses, except where required by law

If a component or product must be returned, Tucoiva will provide the return instructions and applicable return address.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for shipping reimbursement.

10. Replacement Parts

Replacement parts supplied under an approved warranty claim will be covered for the remainder of the original component’s warranty period or for 90 days from the delivery date of the replacement part, whichever is longer.

Warranty service, repair, or replacement does not restart the original product warranty period unless required by applicable law.

Replacement components may be new or functionally equivalent components of comparable performance and quality.

11. Moving and Reinstallation

This warranty does not cover damage caused when the product is moved, disassembled, transported, stored, or reinstalled after its original delivery.

Due to the size and weight of the product, customers should use suitable equipment, adequate packaging, and qualified personnel when moving it.

The product must be disconnected from power before relocation, disassembly, or maintenance.

12. Original Purchaser and Proof of Purchase

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

A valid Tucoiva order confirmation, invoice, receipt, or other acceptable proof of purchase is required.

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers may not qualify for Tucoiva warranty service.

13. Support After the Warranty Period

After the applicable 6-month or 12-month warranty period expires, Tucoiva may continue to provide troubleshooting assistance and help identify available replacement parts.

Charges may apply for replacement parts, shipping, labor, repair services, freight, or other support provided outside the warranty period.
